Par défaut, il y a la commande ftp utile pour télécharger un fichier en http :

$ ftp -o /chemin/vers/lefichier.zip http://URL.com/fichier.zip

Il n'y a ni wget ni curl par défaut !
(bien sûr, ils sont installables en tant que paquets)
